ORDERING

 

 

What's my size? You can find our fit guide here: apieceapart.com/fit-guide. Please reach out with any specific questions regarding garment measurements or fit.

 

Can I modify or cancel my order after I submit it? We are unable to make any changes to an order (ex: shipping address, order items, shipping method, cancellations) once it has begun processing. Please reach out to customerservice@apieceapart.com with your order number if you need to modify your order.

 

Please note orders can not be canceled once our warehouse has begun processing the order and will instead be refunded after the order has been shipped back to our warehouse and the item(s) has been processed back to inventory.

 

What payment methods do you accept? Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex. You may also checkout using Paypal Express Checkout, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay.

 

 

FINAL SALE/DISCOUNTS

 

 

Which items are FINAL SALE? Our FINAL SALE merchandise is marked with a red price and found under our ‘SALE’ tab: https://www.apieceapart.com/sale and marked as final sale in cart. No exchanges or returns will be accepted on FINAL SALE items – no exceptions.

 

What is your policy on discounts, price adjustment, and price matching? Only one discount code may be applied per order. Items purchased with a discount code or on promotion will retain their discounted value for the first even exchange for size and/or color only . Any exchanges not for size and/or color will not retain the original discount. Any subsequent exchanges after the first exchange will not retain the original discount. We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases or price matching.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

 

Do you ship internationally? Yes! Currently our international shipping service is limited to select countries. International orders are shipped via DHL and ship within 7-10 days and 3-5 business days via express. The shipping cost and any applicable duties/taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout. 

 

 

SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERY TIMING

 

 

How much is shipping? Domestic USA shipping is $9.00 for orders under $200 via FedEx Ground and free for all orders $200+. We also offer expedited Two-Day Shipping via FedEx for $45.

 

Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or freight forwarder addresses. APIECE APART reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet these conditions.

 

International shipping fees vary and are calculated at checkout. 

 

When will I receive my order? Orders are processed within 3 business days. After your order is processed and shipped, your order will arrive within 3-10 business days. Customers in the New York area typically receive their order within 48 hours of shipment as we ship from New Jersey. All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. International orders are processed within 7-10 business days.

 

APIECE APART is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. If you have received tracking information for your order please follow up with the shipping carrier FedEx for inquiries on shipping delays.

 

Each order is subject to product availability. Our customer service team will reach out to you in the event an item is unavailable and issue a full refund for that item.

 

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or freight forwarder addresses. APIECE APART reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet these conditions.

 

Do you have expedited shipping available? Yes! Please select ‘Two Day Shipping’ at checkout to apply expedited shipping to your order. The cost of 2-day shipping is $45. Expedited orders are shipped within 1 business day and arrive within 3 business days.

 

How do I proceed if my package was lost or stolen?Please reach out to APIECE APART in the event your order can not be located and we will file a FedEx claim on your behalf. Please note that these claims can take up to 20 days to process. APIECE APART is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

 

What is your return policy? Returns are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the order’s ship date. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags on the garment. We reserve the reject items that do not meet our return requirements - in that event we will reship the ineligible return item back to you. Please note all sale merchandise is FINAL SALE. No exchanges or returns will be accepted on FINAL SALE items – no exceptions.

 

There is a $12 shipping & handling fee deducted for all returns that are refunded to the original payment method. There is no fee deducted from refunds to store credit/gift card.

 

International orders are eligible for return only at the expense of the sender. Please reach out to customerservice@apieceapart.com to approve your return and for next steps.

 

How can I start a return or exchange? You may initiate a return or exchange for the eligible item(s) and share your feedback in our Return Portal: returns.apieceapart.com. Please reach out to customerservice@apieceapart.com if you are experiencing any issues in the return portal.

 

When will I receive my refund? After your return package has been received and processed at our warehouse (7-10 business days), your refund will be issued. You will receive a refund confirmation email when the refund is issued and the funds will credit your account within 7-10 business days. There is a $12 shipping & handling fee deducted for all returns that are refunded to the original payment method. There is no fee deducted from refunds to store credit/gift card.
