ORDERING

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-10 business days.
 
All orders received after 2pm EST will be processed the following day, this is inclusive of overnight orders.  Weekend delivery is not available. Please note we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive your package within 3-10 business days.
 
Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as APIECE APART is unable to reroute packages.
 
Payment types accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex. You may also checkout using Paypal Express Checkout, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, or Afterpay.
 
Please reach out to customer service if you need to modify your order and we will do our best to accommodate your change depending on your order’s status. Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us via email with your order number. Please note orders can not be cancelled once they are processed for shipment and will instead be refunded after the order has been received back at our warehouse. .

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped by Fedex on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. Weekend delivery is not available.
Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address, we are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses, and we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses.  Apiece Apart reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet these conditions.
 
We currently do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Please reach out to customerservice@apieceapart.com for any questions regarding delivery timing and we will do our best to provide an accurate estimate of the package arrival date. APIECE APART is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
 
Lost or Stolen Packages: APIECE APART will file a FedEx claim on your behalf. Please note that these claims can take up to 20 days to process. APIECE APART is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped without signature required that note a delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address.
 
Sometimes a carrier marks a package as delivered in error. If you haven't received your order within three days, please reach out to our customer service team or the carrier directly.

*Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. We estimate the value to be between 25-40% of the amount paid for the item(s) ordered. The carrier will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs, Apiece Apart is not responsible for these charges.
 

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your Apiece Apart purchase, we will gladly refund the merchandise to the original form of payment.

 

Returns are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the order's ship date. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original tags on the garment. Please also note that all sale merchandise is final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items. 

 

A $9 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Once received and processed at our warehouse (7-10 business days), a refund will be issued. You will receive a refund confirmation email. Combining returns from different orders in one package will extend the refund processing time by 2-4 business days. A $9 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if you elect to refund to the original payment method. The restocking fee is not deducted when returning to store credit. Please note our system can not accommodate changes in the refund method once the customer has submitted their selection in the return portal. . 

 

International orders are eligible for returns at the cost of the customer. Contact our customer service team to process your return. 

 

Apiece Apart reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above requirements.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International orders are eligible for return at the expense of the sender.  We recommend to use an insured service with tracking capability.

Apiece Apart is not responsible for the refund any import tax/duty (apart from USA Sales Tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the USA.
 
 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Items purchased with a discount code or on promotion will retain their discounted value for the first even exchange for size and/or color ONLY. Any exchanges not for size and/or color will not retain the original discount. Any subsequent exchanges after the first exchange will not retain the original discount. Visit our return portal at returns.apieceapart.com to initiate a return or exchange. Please reach out to customerservice@apieceapart.com if you are experiencing any issues in the return portal.  
 
 

SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

Apiece Apart will offer a one-time price adjustment per customer on full-price merchandise within 7 days of purchase. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Please note that the exact style and size of an item must be available when a request is made. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
