Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address, we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses. Apiece Apart reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet these conditions.
Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-10 business days.
All orders received after 2pm EST will be processed the following day, this is inclusive of overnight orders. Weekend delivery is not available.
Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Apiece Apart is unable to reroute packages.
We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
Apiece Apart is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

SHIPPING TO CANADA
*Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. We estimate the value to be between 25-40% of the amount paid for the item(s) ordered. The carrier will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs, Apiece Apart is not responsible for these charges.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Apiece Apart purchase, we will gladly accept it back for an exchange or a refund.
Domestic and International orders are eligible for return at the expense of the sender.
Returns are accepted for eligible items within 30 days of order date. We will accept returns (except on final sale items) on merchandise that are unworn, unwashed, with the tags intact.
FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Apiece Apart reserves the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
RETURN ONLINE ORDERS BY MAIL
For all returns or exchanges, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of your order delivery date and we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that all merchandise be returned within 30 days of your order date.
If you choose to use the pre-paid FedEx return label, a return shipping fee of $9 USD (domestic only) will be deducted from your refund.
If you choose to return via another carrier, please make sure to use a service with tracking capability.
Pack and securely seal the merchandise, including the original order confirmation. Please note the nature of the return or exchange on the invoice - wrong size, just don’t like it, etc.
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email once your exchanges/credits are processed. Refunds will be credited to the original card used to purchase.
We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
Apiece Apart is not responsible for the refund any import tax/duty (apart from New York State Sales Tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the US.
To exchange an item, please email your request to [email protected] within 7 days of your order delivery date and we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Apiece Apart will gladly accept all merchandise returned within 30 days of your order date.
Exchange requests will be shipped upon availability. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking upon dispatch. An additional shipping fee will be charged to the credit card that was used for your original purchase.
SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Apiece Apart will offer a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 7 days of purchase. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Please note that the exact style and size of an item must be available when a request is made. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
