Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-10 business days.
All orders received after 2pm EST will be processed the following day, this is inclusive of overnight orders.  Weekend delivery is not available.
Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Apiece Apart is unable to reroute packages.
All orders are shipped by Fedex on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. Weekend delivery is not available.
Indirect signature upon delivery required, no exceptions.
Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address, we are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses, and we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses.  Apiece Apart reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet these conditions.

Apiece Apart is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

*Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. We estimate the value to be between 25-40% of the amount paid for the item(s) ordered. The carrier will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs, Apiece Apart is not responsible for these charges.
For fast delivery and to ensure that the item you want is in stock, we suggest to place a new order and return the original order for refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Apiece Apart purchase, we will gladly refund all merchandise returned within 30 days of your order date.
We accept returns (except on final sale items) on merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and the tags sill intact. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased at 40% off or greater are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Domestic and International orders are eligible for return at the expense of the sender.
Returns are accepted for eligible items within 30 days of order date. We will accept returns (except on final sale items) on merchandise that are unworn, unwashed, with the tags intact.
Apiece Apart reserves the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
We include a Fedex return label in every package. Return shipping will incur a $9.00 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Attach the Fedex label to the exterior of your returns package, drop your package at the nearest Fedex location.
If you choose to return via another carrier, please ensure to use a service with tracking capability, and include your order number.
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the merchandise. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase.
We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
If you received a damaged or defective product, or, the item that you received was not what you ordered, please contact customer care immediately at customerservice@apieceapart.com or call (646) 455 0346 and have your order number ready.
International orders are eligible for return at the expense of the sender.  We recommend to use an insured service with tracking capability.

Apiece Apart is not responsible for the refund any import tax/duty (apart from New York State Sales Tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the US.
Apiece Apart will offer a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 7 days of purchase. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Please note that the exact style and size of an item must be available when a request is made. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
